2. GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the contractual relationship between the user and SelectWood Sp. z o.o. By placing an order through www.melomoon.uk, the customer agrees to these Terms. The contract language is English. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time with effect for the future.
3. PRODUCTS AND CONTRACT
The products displayed in our online shop represent a non-binding invitation to submit an order. By clicking “Buy now,” you submit a binding order. A contract is only concluded once we send you an order confirmation via email. All products are new and manufactured in the EU. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from cancellation.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. Shipping costs within the UK are as follows:
Beds and other furniture: £30 per product
Mattresses: £20 per mattress
Other products: £20
Payment must be made in advance via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, or bank transfer. Orders not paid within 5 working days may be canceled.
5. DELIVERY
Production time is indicated next to each product. Delivery time is 5–9 working days. Beds and mattresses are shipped in separate packages. The rest of the products will be shipped together in an extra package. When ordering a bed and a mattress, you will receive 2 packages. When ordering a bed, mattress, and other items, you will receive 3 packages. Delivery is carried out via courier service to the address provided by the customer.
6. RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 100 days from the day on which you receive the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Returns are free of charge within the UK. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
7. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for claims is two years from delivery. Personalized items can only be returned if defective. If the goods are defective, please notify us in writing and provide photographs. Address complaints to:

8. STATUTORY RIGHTS AND RETURNS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. You may return or exchange a product that is not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose. We will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs where applicable.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the website and content are the property of SelectWood or its licensors. Use of the content is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
11. DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. You can find detailed information on data protection in our privacy policy available on the website.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts are governed by UK law. For consumers, the competent court is their place of residence. For business customers, the court of the seller’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Changes must be made in writing.
