We’re not mass-producing. Quality is the most important for us, that’s why all of our children’s beds are handmade for each and every order, and You have the choice to configure it however you’d like. Choose suitable height, chimney, and much more, so that your bed will be unique. Having our carpentry shop allows us to create beds that will meet all your needs, without any limits.
Depending on the age of the child, you can choose a bed located close to the ground or raised by 10 or 20 cm. However, if you want a floor bed that you can raise higher after a while, you can simply order additional extensions. These are 10 or 20 cm long wooden blocks that can simply be attached to the underside of the legs.
WARNING! If you order the legs extended by 20 cm (uniform corner posts) directly, you will not be able to shorten them.
The bed can be fitted with a drawer on wheels. Inside is a slatted frame, which provides an additional surface for a mattress to be lied on (max. height 12 cm, 10 cm shorter than the length of the bed). The handle for this drawer can be classic or in the form of a string. Alternatively, there is a variant with two smaller drawers, each 50 cm deep, which are ideal for toys and have a full bottom.
The thing that makes us unique is the solid wood, we use to produce our furniture. It is sourced from forests within the European Union and later is sent for further processing. Every detail is refined by hand, together with precise polishing of the wood. Thanks to that elements of the constructions are perfectly smooth and safe, even for the youngest.
Every element is handcrafted in a local carpentry workshop, where we work with great care to ensure that each finished bed is refined down to the smallest detail – perfectly smooth and, above all, safe.
The beds are made of raw, solid pine wood of the highest quality, which literally smells like the forest! We use only knot-free pine of the highest grade, sourced from sustainably managed forests within the European Union. The sturdy bed legs are made from solid squared timber measuring 4 × 6 cm – ensuring stability and long-lasting durability.
Before shipping, each bed is fully assembled, carefully inspected, and finely sanded once more to guarantee that it arrives perfectly crafted and ready to use.
You can order an additional mattress to the bed. It should be the same size as the bed (200x120cm bed = 200×120 mattress). The recommended height of the mattress is 12-14 cm. Such thickness will work well with the safety railing. If you’re ordering a bed without the railing, a mattress can be higher.

As your child grows, you can choose a higher version with 10 or 20 cm legs, or use a set of bed legs to adjust the height over time. This makes Yuki suitable not only for one short stage, but for several years of childhood.
This is especially practical when you want to start with a low, Montessori-inspired sleeping space and later change the bed into a more classic children’s bed as your child becomes older and more independent.
The larger drawer can be used for storing bedding and toys or — with a suitable mattress — as an additional sleeping space. The double drawer version is especially useful for organising toys, books and everyday little treasures, because it gives you two separate storage spaces under the bed.
If you want to use the drawer as an additional sleeping space, the drawer mattress should be no more than 12 cm high and 10 cm shorter than the length of the bed. If you choose the bed without a safety rail, you can use a higher mattress.
This makes it a good choice for parents who want a wooden children’s bed with a minimalist design, but without the stronger visual effect of a house-shaped frame. Yuki gives the room a clean, timeless look while still offering comfort, stability and practical configuration options.
If you need extra storage, the double drawer version is especially practical for toys, bedding, books or seasonal items. If you sometimes need an additional sleeping place, the larger drawer with a suitable mattress can be used for a sibling or a little guest.
